Reverse Marco with 85mm + 50mm

Was trying out a cheap and nifty way to do marco with a 85mm and 50mm lens.
I realised how tough it is to focus, you have to move the lens physical to change the
distance between it and the subject in order to focus.

The DOF is also very shallow, also add to the difficulty in focusing.
You will need lots of light on the subject, and also use as small an aperture as you can.

And also, you need to be very close to the object you can shooting, about 5 cm.

Guess what is this?

See, almost nothing is in focus.

New lens= low light lineup complete

Got myself a 50mm f1.8. Guess my lineup for low light shooting is completed.
At least until i can afford a 50mm f1.4. Or strike TOTO, then buy a 135mm f2.0 L lens.
Neverending story.
